Up to five allied health visits per calendar year under a chronic condition management plan, shared across all types. Psychology under a Mental Health Treatment Plan is funded separately — generally up to ten sessions a year.

Not usually. Medicare pays a set rebate and the provider sets their fee, so there is often a gap. Ask the provider before you book — some bulk bill under care plans.
