Last appointments are taken roughly 30 minutes before close, and public holidays run 9am–4pm. If you need to be seen today and nothing shows online, call us — we keep walk-in capacity aside every day.

Park directly off Learmonth Road, a few steps from the door — no ticket, no time limit. Accessible bays sit closest to the entrance, and there is additional parking to the rear of the precinct at busy times.

Everything is on one level. Automatic doors, a flat path from the car park, an accessible bathroom, and consulting rooms with room for a wheelchair, walker or pram. Tell reception when you book if you’d like extra assistance on arrival.
